We shall ship the product to the physical address that you have provided in our order form as soon as your payment has cleared in our bank account. This depends on the time that transfers take from one bank to the next. We ignore proof of payment and will only respond by releasing the goods when we have received confirmation of the funds in our bank account. This could take as long as four days. Should you have made a payment via credit card then we shall ship as soon as Payfast informed us of the payment (normally in the next working day).
